Ramna Sharma - Co-Founder & President – Ramna leads the Company in strategic planning and technology innovations. She brings more than 11 years of experience in the IT industry, working for giants like ITI, Motorola, Oracle, both in India and USA. With her attitude of ‘can do anything’, she leads and mentors Avake IDC. She holds BTech in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology (NIT), India.

Anuj Kanish – Co-Founder & CEO – With 12 years of experience in the business development and management in the IT industry, Anuj is instrumental in setting the clear vision of Avake. With his ‘think big and think ahead’ attitude he has set very high goals for Avake to achieve. He graduated with MS from University of Texas and earned his BS from Delhi College of Engineering, India.

Jay K - Chief Technology Officer – As CTO, Jay plays a key role in devising and implementing Avake’s technology strategy and vision, leveraging his 14 years of IT industry experience in software development and system architecture for large scale multi-tier applications. Jay holds Masters degree from Indian Institute of Science (IIS), Bangalore and BS from College of Engineering, Pune India.

Dr. J. N. Sharma has Ph.D. in Mathematics and possesses more than 20 years of experience in teaching and research.

Dr. Sharma has three books to his credit and has published more than 100 research papers in reputed journals around the globe. He has been included in the "Marcuise WHOs Who in the World" for 1999 and 2004. Dr. Sharma’s areas of interest include Applied Mathematics (Mechanics of Solids, Elasticity, and Numerical Analysis & Computer Programming). Dr. J. N.
